1 - Contact me to tell me about your photo
Initially, a simple photo of your picture sent by e-mail is all I need. We can then work together to determine the type of restoration required, and I will let you know how much it will cost.

2 - Send me your original photo

By e-mail, ideally after having scanned it in the highest possible resolution. A photo of your photo will be of poorer quality than a scanned photo. However, it may be acceptable if its resolution, exposure and framing are good.

By mail, making sure to protect it well so that it is not further damaged in transport. I will return your original photo once my work is completed.

3 - I restore your photo
I work from a digitized version of your photo, which means I don't alter the printed original unless it's torn into several pieces. Thanks to my mastery of image retouching software, I restore your photo to its former beauty.

4 - I send you your restored photo
You will receive your photo by email in the form of a downloadable digital file, which you can easily share with your loved ones and have printed in the format of your choice.
